About Us
John Milne
John began his career working for a global large appliance company where he was head of Canadian quality control, consumer service, repair network, installing, and norms standards for 8 years.
John then moved over to the small appliance industry where he was the head of quality control, norms standards, consumer services, shipping and warehousing for a global small appliances and cookware company. John had the privilege of working there for over 20 years.
John also worked several years with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) on their subcommittee for small table top heated appliances, reviewing standards and changes for use and safety.
